BTCondition that checks if an ability can be activated.

Description

A Behavior Tree condition that checks if an ability can be activated (requirements met, cooldown ready, costs affordable) without actually activating it. Uses [method ASComponent.can_activate_ability_by_tag]. Returns [constant BT.SUCCESS] if can activate, [constant BT.FAILURE] otherwise.
